We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below — if you have any questions, our team is here to help.

Our Returns Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Undamaged, unopened and unused
  • In its original labels and packaging
  • Complete — no missing accessories or parts
  • In a resalable condition
  • Electronics must not have been switched on

Handling Fees

A handling fee applies to all approved returns:

Sealed & original packaging 15%
Opened or non-original packaging 25%

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards Downloadable software Health & personal care Electronics switched on Items older than 7 days Perishable goods Custom / personalised products Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and — once the return is accepted — make a new purchase separately.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If the order wasn't marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. For items over R1,000 we recommend trackable shipping or insurance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please work through these steps before contacting us:

Check your bank account — refunds can sometimes take a few days to appear.
